What exactly am I joining when I sign up?

How does the rent-to-own credit actually work?
Every night you rent, we deposit a fixed amount (higher rate for waitlisters) into your JomCamp credit — up to a cap. Use it toward any tent within 90 days of your first rental. Exact ringgit figures reveal at launch. No signup, no membership fee — it's automatic.

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Klang Valley for free — we drop off Friday afternoon and pick up Sunday evening. Outside KV, we send via courier for a flat fee, or you can pick up from our Kota Damansara warehouse.

What if the tent gets damaged?
Normal wear is on us — that's what the repair kit is for. For anything bigger, a portion is waived as part of the rental; beyond that we charge at cost. No surprise bills, ever.

Why only one tent model?
Because we'd rather make one tent really well than five tents just okay. The JomCamp Mk I covers 90% of Malaysian camping — 2 people, tropical weather, weekend trips. More models after we prove this one.
